DCS undaunted by the snow
Despite the snow, DCS was able to continue it's successful partnership with United Business Centres by completing several fit-out projects and minor works at Birmingham, Bracknell, Cirencester, Gloucester, Henley-in-Arden and Worcester.
DCS to manage the Digital World
DCS is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a contract by Digital World Centre Ltd to provide property management services at the Digital World Centre (DWC) office building on Salford Quays. Opposite The Lowry and MediaCity, the DWC is home to a number of leading companies such as Easynet, United Business Centres, 2ergo, SCA and Central Salford URC, all of whom will benefit from DCS’s expertise in building, facilities and asset management.
DCS completes NHS regional office at Stansted
Continuing it's successful relationship with United Business Centres, DCS recently completed 7,000 sq.ft. of new offices on behalf of the NHS at Endeavour House, minutes from London Stansted Airport. The turnkey fit-out works met the strict 2 week timescale and included partitioning, carpeting, decoration and furniture moves plus power and data services (cables and floor boxes).
DCS remodels in Birmingham
This month DCS completed the remodelling of the ground floor at United Business Centre's serviced offices at Concorde House. Located near Birmingham International Airport and the NEC, Concord House now offers 3,000 sq.ft. of new office and boardroom space. The complete fit-out works included floors, ceilings, partitioning, lighting, carpeting and decoration plus power and data services (cables and floor boxes).
DCS prepares way for Central Salford at Digital World Centre
DCS is pleased to announce that it has completed the landlord fit-out works at the Digital World Centre (DWC) on Salford Quays. These works were undertaken on behalf of Digital World Centre Ltd and in preparation for Central Salford URC's occupation of 3,000 sq.ft. of new office space at DWC. The fit-out included fire doors, high quality joinery and carpeting plus power and data services (cables and floor boxes).
DCS completes Old Trafford demolition
DCS is pleased to announce that it has finished the complete demolition of MKM House in Manchester. The 2-storey office building on Warwick Road in Old Trafford was demolished and the site cleared and prepared for temporary event car parking on behalf of the landowner, Lake Place Investment Ltd. DCS also secured, and currently manages, an events parking operator on the site.
